   Madagascar
Matt and Sarah and their 4 young children, Hannah, Jacob, Chloe and Bethany live at the Good Hope Hospital in Mandritsara, in rural Madagascar.  The family moved there in 2011, and Matt's role developed from that of anaesthetist when he arrived to surgeon and general practitioner.  Sarah teaches at the local Christian School in the complex.
   Malawi
Julian and Caroline have been working in Malawi, since 2002 and are based in a rural village south of the capital Lilongwe. They are involved in church planting, training of church leaders and 'Farming God's Way', a method to increase the productivity of the land whilst encouraging local discipleship.  They have also been instrumental in setting up the Joseph Project feeding programme for the elderly, very young, sick or orphaned; and foster care for some AIDS orphans
